DR. Tim Crowe, Jr., DVM, DACVS, DACVECC, EMT-II, GCFF presents the VECC Resident's Abstract Award, sponsored jointly by VECCS/ACVECC and Royal Canin.

This award was presented to Dr Jennifer Ogeer-Gyles, Ontario Veterinary College.

Her paper was entitled "Development of Antibiotic Resistance in E.coli From Dogs in the Intensive Care Unit with Increased Duration of Stay."

Her abstract was part of the ACVECC Residents Forum on September 9th.

A $500 stipend from Royal Canin accompanied the award.
